Responsibilities
Performs duties as the AF Anti-Tamper (AT) Coordinator supporting AF programs implementing AT and Verification and Validation (collecting requirements, maintaining an AF-level schedule and program tracker, evaluating review reports from the AF V&V team, drafting/staffing AF AT documentation and managing AF AT programs database). Collects, tracks, and analyzes manpower and cost efforts for AT programs for AF AT budgeting purposes. Participates and guides discussions in OSD and AF-level meetings regarding AT implementation in AF systems and the AT requirements throughout the acquisition life cycle. Develops metrics, tracks performance and periodically reports performance metrics, makes/implements improvement recommendations. Assists and able to supplement DoD AT Executive Agency (ATEA) office accomplishing similar duties, when required.
Skills and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or a related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical training, or work/military experience (minimum of 10 years of experience--20 is preferred). Knowledge of Air Staff/OSD organizations and processes. Knowledge of the Air Force acquisition-related engineering and technical management functions and programs perferred. Previous DoD or military and test/instrumentation experience preferred. Masters Degree strongly preferred.
